By downloading or using Flipback, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flipback.
Flipback displays 3 random photos from your device's photo library each day. The app is free and supported by sponsors. That's it. The app runs on your device and does not upload your photos. We do not require accounts.
Your photos stay on your device. We never see, upload, or store your photos. The app reads your photo library locally to display memories. No photo data leaves your phone.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flipback on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the usage rules of the App Store.
You agree not to:
Flipback, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your photos remain yours — we claim no rights to them.
Flipback is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. Use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flipback. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is $0).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flipback and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
Any disputes will be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Flipback after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
You can stop using Flipback at any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue the app or restrict access if you violate these terms.
We may assign or transfer these terms, and our rights and obligations, to any third party without notice or consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights under these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flipback regarding use of the app.
